Points are a reward system designed by Rippton to give back to users. You can use them in the Rippton Points Store to redeem physical items, coupons, and more.
Pending Points: These points are estimated based on your current invitation progress and will be credited to your account once your friends confirm receipt of their items.
How to Earn Points
1. Place orders on Rippton's online store. After the orders are completed and there are no return actions within the return window, your account will automatically receive a certain amount of points.
2. Refer other users to shop on Rippton's online store. When the referred users' orders are completed and there are no return actions within the return window, your account will automatically receive a certain amount of points.

1. Will I still receive points if I cancel my order?
Points earned from orders will not be effective if a return action occurs.
2. Why can't I use the points I earned from my purchases?
Points cannot be used immediately after a successful product delivery. They become effective only if there are no return actions within the return window and once the receipt of the product is confirmed. Typically, points become effective within 15 days after receipt.
3. Do points expire, and if so, when?
Points are valid for one year, starting from the day of activation, and they expire at 24:00 on the same day in the following year.
4. Can I cash out or transfer my points to another account?
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable to other accounts.
